Dexter Beef is world renowned for it's intense marbling and flavor. Their roots trace back to 1800s Ireland, making them truly old school and a perfect fit for our farm. Recently, Dexter Beef won the World Steak Championship, where the 30-day dry aged Ribeyes were praised for being "tender and rich". We are so excited to share our 100% pasture raised/grass finished beef with you soon!
